By using aibrandslab.com or joining the membership, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
The membership
The Superintelligence Signal Briefing is a monthly membership. Each month, members receive a new briefing and a kit of materials, such as prompts, workflows, templates, a tutorial, weekly challenges, a content calendar, and tool reviews, delivered through a private members area. We may improve, replace, or reorganize individual components over time; the core promise of a fresh monthly briefing and kit stays the same.
Billing and automatic renewal
The monthly plan is $29.95 per month. The annual plan is $299.95 per year. You are charged when you join and then automatically at the start of each new billing period until you cancel. When you join, you authorize us and our payment processor to make these recurring charges to the payment method you choose.
Before an annual membership renews, we send a reminder email. If we ever change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
If a renewal payment fails, access may pause until the payment method is updated. Prices do not include taxes that may apply where you live.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account or billing portal, or by contacting us. Canceling stops all future charges. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Using member materials
Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials in your own business. That includes adapting the prompts and templates and using them for work you deliver to your own customers.
You may not share your login, repost the materials, or resell or distribute them as they are, whether publicly or to people outside your business. One membership is for one person.
AI output and results
Our articles and member materials are educational. AI tools can be wrong, and results vary by business, tool, and effort. You are responsible for reviewing anything an AI tool produces before you use it. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or medical advice, and we do not guarantee any particular business result.
Third-party tools and links
We write about products made by other companies. We do not control those products, and their own terms apply when you use them. If we ever earn a commission from a link, we will say so next to it.
Our content
Articles, notes, and member materials belong to AI Brands Lab. You are welcome to quote a short excerpt of a free article with credit and a link back.
Suspension
We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these terms, for example by sharing logins or redistributing materials. If we end a membership for any other reason, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and membership are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above, and we will email members about any change that affects their membership.
