How to cancel
Cancel anytime from your account or billing portal, or send us a message through our contact page and we will take care of it. There is no phone call to make and no form to argue with.
What happens when you cancel
Canceling stops all future charges. Your access continues through the end of the month or year you have already paid for, then your membership ends.
Monthly memberships
Monthly payments are not refunded for partial months. The exception: if you were charged in error, charged after you canceled, or could not get into the members area, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it.
Annual memberships
We email a reminder before every annual renewal. If a renewal still catches you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will cancel and refund that renewal in full. Outside of renewals, annual payments are not refunded for unused months, except for the billing problems described above.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Before you file a dispute
Please contact us first. We would much rather fix a problem directly, and it is almost always faster for you.
